Processing Time & Location

We don't like waiting for gear, and neither do you. Most orders process within 1-2 business days. Larger freight orders (systems, heavy bulk) may take 3-4 days to prepare. All steel ships directly from our facility in Elk River, MN.

Carrier Selection & Tracking

We utilize FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail depending on the size and weight of your order.

• Tracking: Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once the label is created. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
• Freight/Bulk: For orders requiring lift gate or limited access delivery, the customer is responsible for additional charges beyond the base freight rate.

Shipping Restrictions

• No P.O. Boxes: Please provide a physical street address.
• USA Only: We ship to all US states and territories. We do not export. No sales to Canada or international destinations.

Accuracy Matters: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting. We cannot be held responsible for shipping costs incurred due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations. If an item is returned due to a customer address error, re-shipping charges will apply.

We stand behind our steel, so you can stand in front of it.

30-Day "Range Test" Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for any reason. Uniquely in this industry, we honor returns for both NEW and USED products.

If you aren't satisfied, send it back.

• Refunds: Refunds are issued for the cost of the product only.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs (including the value of "Free Shipping" provided on the original order) and return shipping costs are deducted from the total refund.

Price Adjustments & Discounts

Missed a sale? If you placed an order and a discount code becomes available shortly after:

• Unshipped Orders: We will issue a direct refund for the difference.
• Shipped Orders (Last 7 Days): We will issue a store credit for the difference.

Note: If you used a discount code on the original order, no further adjustments can be applied.
